Audi to launch two new Q models: the Audi Q4 and the Audi Q8

Audi has announced that it will introduce two new models in its Q line of sport utility vehicles, with the launch of both vehicles happening in the next two years: the Audi Q8 and the Audi Q4. The Audi Q8 will be produced in Slovakia and launched in 2018. Described by the German carmaker as a "premium SUV in a coupe style," the Q8 offers both expansive space and the latest technologies in assistance and infotainment systems. The Audi Q4 will be assembled in Hungary and launched in 2019. Like the Q8, the Q4 has a coupe-like silhouette but in a more compact package and will be positioned between the Audi Q3 and Q5. "We will integrate two completely new Q‑models into the existing production network and will thus increase our competitiveness in an extremely important segment," said Audi’s Board of Management Member for Production and Logistics, Prof. Dr. Hubert Waltl.
