Carmudi Partners Up with BeepBeep for First-Ever Philippine Autocon
The Philippines is no stranger to car shows. Major car shows like the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) and the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) are annual events that gather tens of thousands of people to showcase the best, the brightest, the newest, and the coolest in the car community. With car enthusiasts from all over the country itching to gather to attend world-class automotive events, Beepbeep.ph, an online car service company that connects car owners to the corresponding car service shop they need, decided to bring something special to the table. Late last year, Beepbeep.ph announced that it is hosting Philippine Autocon 2019, the first-ever Autocon to grace the country. The four-day event is jam-packed with cool cars, fun activities, interactive events, and informative talks about the car industry. The Autocon was originally scheduled to take place at the end of January but has since been rescheduled to July 25-28, 2019. The venue was also changed from the SMX Convention Center to the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
Beepbeep.ph wants Autocon 2019 to be more than just a car show. “Once people are there, we want them to stay and experience the whole event,” said Beepbeep.ph CEO Anton Ojeda. Aside from vehicle exhibits and aftermarket bazaars, Beepbeep.ph also promises to deliver diecast displays, food trucks for the foodies, interactive car simulators, an attack arena, a drift box course for the adventurous, and even an exciting live auction. “We believe that everyone in the family will find something interesting at Philippine Autocon 2019.” Beepbeep.ph most certainly took its time to make this four-day event not only for car enthusiasts, but for all types of people. As Beepbeep.ph’s event partner, Carmudi Philippines also brings something exciting to Philippine Autocon 2019. In the parking lot of the World Trade Center, Carmudi will be hosting a sale that features both brand-new and used cars across multiple brands. Inside the building, Carmudi will also have a booth to attend to visitors and potential clients. Making history, the Philippine Autocon 2019 will be the first-ever Autocon to be held in the country. The four-day event is split into two components: the first one being a convention that gathers the car industry’s entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders, while the second part is a huge car exhibit featuring car displays and interactive exhibits like the car simulator.
Ojeda stated that the exhibit will have “Booths promoting B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumers/Customers) opportunities, marketing, and operations executives, enthusiasts, and the general public to learn best practices about, take stock of, discuss, and grow our automotive industry and its attached businesses.”
