DOTr, LTFRB Hold One-Day Training Seminar for PUJ Drivers, Operators Group

The Department of Transportation (DOTr), together with the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) recently conducted on October 19 a training seminar for public utility jeepney drivers and operators in the northeastern part of Metro Manila.

Attended by 162 participants from the Villa Vienna Lagro Operators and Drivers Group, the one-day training seminar conducted by instructors and resource persons from the LTFRB aims to re-educate PUJ drivers on basic road safety, driving courtesy, and obedience to traffic rules and regulations. 

After completing the seminar, the attendees were gives certificates of completion.

Let's hope all 162 participants actually took what they've learned in the seminar by heart and that they do apply it on the road.
