Hyundai PH Now Offers 30-Minute Fast Track Service
Hyundai Asia Resources (HARI) knows how valuable its customers' time are which is why it is now offering a 30-minute Fast Track Service for those who have set an appointment for their cars' preventive maintenance service (PMS).
From Hyundai's pioneering one-hour Jet Service program which was launched in April 2013, the Fast Track Service "is bolder, faster, and better in meeting the demands of today’s fast-paced lifestyles."
According to HARI, once a customer's car enters the Fast Track Service Bay, a four-man team using state-of-the art equipment can service all Hyundai vehicles--including those with lapsed warranties but with complete PMS histories--and get their complete PMS done in 30 minutes, or it's free.
HARI's Fast Track Service comes at the heels of the company being cited by Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) for exemplary customer service in the passenger car and commercial vehicle categories, and taking second place in the 2017 JD Power Philippines Customer Service Index (CSI) Study.
"We are committed to go the extra mile to deliver service with heart, keeping to our 'Gusto' promise: kung ano ang Gusto mo, Kaya naming ibigay. Kasama ninyo ang Hyundai sa biyahe ng buhay," said HARI President and Chief Executive Officer Maria Fe Perez-Agudo. "Trust that the culture of service excellence at Hyundai will continue to grow and live on."
HARI's 30-minute Fast Track is offered in select dealers nationwide, a complete list of which you can find here.
