In a post on Twitter shortly before the fire was declared out by the firefighters yesterday, February 11, Ejercito lamented the loss of his two vehicles, especially the Sequoia.
"I feel sad, my car for the past 10 years, my Toyota Sequoia burned in the fire at Autoplus Car Center this morning," Ejercito said in a tweet. "Feeling sentimental because we've been through so many battles and it was my most reliable, not to mention 'lucky' car. Will be missing this car."

At 11.38 AM, the fire alarm was raised to second alarm before it was declared as 'fire out' by 12:38 PM.
Despite the reported welding work as told by the shop's employees, fire investigators are still probing what caused the blaze.
