Whenever you're on the road, you're bound to see a couple of traffic violations as you're driving. Sometimes, it's even being done right in front of a traffic enforcer who doesn't seem to have a care in the world. We drove around Metro Manila to find out for ourselves just what are the most common traffic violations being committed on the road. The bigger question though is if motorists are blatantly violating the law or are just clueless about what they're doing?
