Hyundai HD45 GT designed to ‘meet and exceed expectations’

Hariphil Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) continues to express confidence in its Hyundai HD45 GT, saying that the truck offering can meet and exceed expectations in the light-to-medium truck category.

Hyundai commercial vehicles’ local arm said that the aforementioned model is available in medium and long wheelbase versions. The medium wheelbase has 14-15 feet (ft) of loading space, while the long 16-ft wheelbase can have loading space of as much as 18 feet.

The two body types are offered in various applications including closed van, refrigerated van, man lifter, flat bed, and mobile service car. With that, the company said that HD45 GT can meet the hauling needs of those who are into delivering food, medicine, garments, fresh farm produce, light construction material, or even mobile services on-demand, like pet care and electronics and automotive repair.

“As a four-wheeler and with a gross vehicle weight of 1490 kilograms, it is exempt from the truck ban, allowing you more opportunities to profit in your business,” HARI noted.

Providing the moving power for the model is the 2.9-liter common rail direct-injected turbocharged diesel engine that has a peak churn of nearly 158 horsepower.

Further, the Hyundai HD45 GT is already fitted with a power take-off (PTO) technology that can power up on-board equipment, like towing winches, hydraulic pumps, generators, air compressors, pneumatic blowers, and vacuum pumps.

HARI said that the Hyundai HD45 GT’s cab can tilt up to 46 degrees, which guarantees ease of maintenance.
