Truckers Forum Set on July 25
Calling all truck owners and fleet owners. The second edition of the Truckers Forum will be held on July 25, 2019 at the SMX Convention Center with the title 'Delivering Goods Safely & Securely' hosted by Manila's leading truck association, the Haulers and Truckers Association in the Watersouth (HATAW), in partnership with other trucking organizations in greater Luzon: INTAH, ADUANA, and PC BAPI. The forum is organized in parallel with the 2019 Phil Bus & Truck Expo organized by AMB Tarsus.
This year's edition of the Truckers Forum is expected to gather more than 200 commercial truck owners and fleet managers across the Philippines to discuss issues evolving the government policies and business insights. It is expected to introduce new trends, provide solutions to safety and security challenges the trucking industry is currently facing.
"This edition is a follow through of the successful first edition and we would like to continue providing continued education to our bothers and sisters in the truck business. Last year’s forum was educational to our truck operators, the modernization, and the shift to Euro engine 4 was thoroughly discussed by industry experts and representatives from the regulatory bodies were also present to discuss pressing matters. We are looking forward to having more truck operators and making this forum even bigger. As we get support from professional experts from both the public and private sectors. our industry is one of the most basic contributor in the country's economic growth," says HATAW President, Boy Olego.
Forum delegates can expect to meet experts and policy makers that will enhance and help grow their business. The forum has invited guest speakers from Engine Maintenance, Tire Efficiency, Fleet Management, Human Resources Training Programs and Insurance Experts to discuss how to strengthen safety and security in all aspects of the trucking business.
