In addition, it is equipped with the Aprilia Performance Ride Control suite, which offers six riding modes (3 road and 3 track). Hence, it also offers top-notch handling and adaptability on different kinds of terrain. Its driving modes allow the rider to have a very intuitive and engaging riding experience, enabling him or her to perform at one’s very best. Overall, this bike delivers a pretty comfortable ride. 

The Aprilia Tuono V4 is powered by an Aprilia longitudinal 65-degree, 4-stroke, liquid cooled, DOHC, 1,077 cc V4 engine that produces a maximum power output of 175 hp and a maximum torque of 121 Nm. It runs on a 6-speed extractable transmission system with Aprilia Quick Shift (AQS). 

This bike boasts exceptional quickness on any kind of road. Its engine has a great power delivery and its transmission is very responsive. Its heating management system, however, could still be improved as some riders noted that its seat tends to heat up especially when cruising at high speeds. 

If you plan to use this bike for your daily commute in the city, then you should probably reconsider as it has an intense thirst for fuel. But, if money was never an issue for you, then this bike would definitely be a very enjoyable daily transportation in the city as it not only accelerates very quickly, but also produces an eargasmic (and to some extent, orchestral-like) engine roar.

In terms of safety, the Aprilia Tuono V4’s APRC also has engine maps, engine brake control, traction control, wheelie control, cruise control, and a speed limiter. Its braking setup is also equipped with a Bosch 9.1 anti-lock braking system for an additional layer of security. It utilizes a 330 mm floating double disc with Brembo monobloc radial callipers for front braking, while a 220 mm disc with a Brembo floating calliper for rear braking.

Honestly, the Aprilia Tuono V4 is very niche-based. Hence, it won’t be attractive to all consumers. However, for hypernaked bike standards, it is really well-equipped and exceptional in terms of overall performance (not just the metrics). It is definitely worth every peso if you are buying it for enjoyment, prestige, and speed.
