Shacman X3000 Mixer

The Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck shares its interior cabin layout with the dumper version of the X3000, which is not as modern as that of the low-spec H3000, despite the fact that it is positioned above the latter. While the cabin looks basic, it gets common bits like power windows, tilt-adjustable steering and music system.

Coming back to the cabin layout, the wraparound styled dashboard of the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck gets a glossy black treatment. It features a simple analog instrument console behind a four-spoke steering wheel, with the rest of the console coming with a host of bits facing the driver. This part of the center console features a 1-DIN audio system, AC control panel and a range of switches for various functions.

Thanks to its modern lines and gargantuan size and dimensions, the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck has an impressive road presence, which makes it an immediately noticeable offering. The Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck shares its frontal and side profiles with the X3000 Mixer truck, with the large mixer replacing the dumper at the back.

The large windscreen of the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck has curved edges at the bottom and has a wraparound design towards its sides of the A-pillar. There is a long horizontally placed covering bar, which is finished in an all-black treatment comes in-built with diagonally shaped clear lens turn indicators.

The design of the front apron of the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck has been retained from the Dumper version, though without the dual-tone treatment. This grille is shaped in a trapezoidal manner and sports dual horizontal slats placed horizontally one over the other. A large rounded Shacman logo is present in the center of the grille.

The front bumper of the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck is adorned with large headlamp clusters on either ends, which feature a projector bulb for the main headlight, clear lens turn indicators and fog lamps in a single unit.

The side profile of the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck too is inspired by the dumper version of the X3000, however, it doesn’t get black surrounds for the window panels. However, the vertically placed rearview mirrors, as well as semi-rounded wheel arches, have been given body coloured treatment, though the vertical door handles come in a black finish. At the back, the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck comes with a huge rounded mixer, which has been laid out in an inclined way in the traditional manner.

Compared to the bigger 420 PS engine in the dumper version, the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck gets a less-powerful version of the 10.8-liter four-stroke, inline six-cylinder diesel engine, coming straight from the house of Cummins. Paired to a 12-speed manual gearbox, this engine pumps out a maximum power of 345 PS and a peak torque output of 1699 Nm.

The basic safety equipment list of the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck consists of height-adjustable seat belts, a lockable passenger cabin and ABS as standard.

While the basic interior cabin of the Shacman X3000 Mixer Truck might not be too impressive, the bold looking exterior design, as well as the reliable engine and mechanical setup of the truck, seems promising.
