The Tata SFC 407 enjoys almost legendary status in India. It’s a bestselling vehicle from Tata Motors. The 407 is a lightweight truck equipped with a turbocharged, 3.0-litre diesel engine that produces 75 PS and 225 Nm. The truck’s build quality is extremely hardy and the 407 can withstand years of rigorous use. The cabin is very basic and accommodates 3 people. Don’t expect a better level of comfort in the cabin. The engine is noisy. But these issues will hardly matter in performance. With its high ground clearance, the 407 has a good driving posture and stance.
