There are two variants offered for the Chevrolet Malibu in the Philippines, which are the Malibu 2.4 L A/T LTZ and the Malibu 2.4 L A/T LT.

Both variants are powered by a four-cylinder, 2.4-liter, DOHC, gasoline engine which is linked to a six-speed automatic transmission with Active Select. It can produce a maximum output of 165 hp at 4,600 rpm and a maximum torque of 225 Nm at 4,600 rpm.

For its suspension system, the Chevrolet Malibu has a MacPherson strut suspension for the front, and a multi-link suspension for the rear. It’s also equipped with a standard soft ride suspension and an electric power parking brake.
