Bristol Motorcycles PH adds Kove Series to lineup

MANILA: Bristol Motorcycles Philippines has added the Kove Series to its roster, effectively bolstering the brand’s offerings. 

To note, the motorcycle manufacturer just adopted the Zontes line into its umbrella, which saw five new models added to the company’s lineup. With the new Kove Series, Bristol Motorcycles Philippines gets five new bikes for its Filipino customers. 

“Today, we take another bold step with a new lineup — engineered to deliver powerful performance, intelligent features, and timeless design,” Bristol Motorcycles Philippines wrote in a press release. 

“With Bristol, every journey becomes a statement of what true riding is all about,” the company added. 

Here is a quick look at the bikes unveiled at Bristol Motorcycle Philippines’ showroom in Caloocan. 

Bristol Kove ADX 180, Kove AX 180

Bristol Motorcycles Philippines looks to disrupt the local automatic scooter market with the introduction of the Kove ADX 180 and Kove AX 180. They are basically the same bike, with the former having been built for some light adventure trails, while the latter feels more at home in paved city thoroughfares. 

When it comes to their differences, the Bristol Kove ADX 180 comes with a thin-film transistor (TFT) digital instrument cluster, an inverted fork with traction control system (TCS) and anti-lock braking system (ABS), as well as a dual shock absorber suspension setup at the rear. 

Meanwhile, the Bristol Kove AX 180 sports an LCD meter panel, a telescopic front fork with TCS and ABS, and a telescopic oil-damped rear suspension arrangement with coil springs. 

Price-wise, the automatic scooters get the below price tags:

Bristol Kove 450 RR Pro

As the name suggests, this motorcycle is made for the pros. 

The Bristol Kove 450 RR Pro is a sport bike with a penchant for speed and agility. It is touted as a ride that “redefines the 400 cc (cubic-centimeter) category with unmatched performance and next-level technology.” 

On that note, it packs a 443 cc, four-valve, dual overhead camshaft (DOHC), liquid-cooled engine. The powerplant is expected to put out the below numbers:

Maximum torque (in Newton-meters [Nm>)	39

Thanks to the gasoline-fed mill, the Bristol Kove 450 RR Pro is able to reach speeds of up to 220 kilometers per hour (kph). Per Bristol Motorcycles Philippines, its capabilities make it “one of the most aggressive machines in its class.”

Marketed as the “next evolution in adventure performance motorcycles,” the Bristol Kove 525 X offers would-be owners a capable adventure bike that has both performance and style. 

It is powered by a two-cylinder, DOHC engine with liquid cooling, and generates the following figures:
