First Stand-Alone BMW Motorrad Showroom Opens in Cebu
Motorbike enthusiasts south of the country were given a good reason to rejoice as BMW Motorrad Cebu, the first stand-alone showroom for BMW Motorrad in the Philippines, officially opened its doors.
Owned and operated by Autowelt BMW Cebu, the new showroom boasts 800 sqm of total space, with the ability to house over 25 bikes. There are also reserved spots for classic BMW bikes and BMW riding apparel and accessories. Three integrated service workbays are also on the floor, ready to provide the necessary adjustments to the bikes when called for.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was led by Vice Mayor Carlo Fortuna of Mandaue City, Cebu, Spencer Yu, President of SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp. and importer of BMW in the Philippines, Markane Goho, President of Autowelt BMW Cebu, and his younger brother Michael Goho, Dealer Principal and Executive Vice President of Autowelt.
Autowelt BMW Cebu is a member of the Gateway Motors Group, which became the authorized dealer of BMW cars and motorcycles in Cebu beginning six years ago. It is being run by the Goho Family of Cebu.
BMW Motorrad Cebu is actually the second showroom of its kind in the country, but it beat the Davao showroom to the punch.Featured Articles
