Honda PH widens Click 125 roster, launches ‘Street’ trim

MANILA: Honda Philippines Incorporated (HPI) has expanded the Click 125 stable with the introduction of the “Street” variant.

Priced at P90,000, this naked scooter offering comes with a more aggressive look, improved a few portions, while keeping the same powertrain that the nameplate became popular for.

Here’s what the Honda Click 125 Street offers to the market.

Compared to the Standard and Smart options, the Honda Click 125 Street has a dressed-down handlebar, highlighting its street-oriented styling.

Its grip point also widened by 70 millimeters (mm), ground clearance grew 41 mm, and seating position increased by 64 mm.

Additionally, the newly-revealed variation wears red-and-blue decals designed to appeal to the younger generation.

Meanwhile, everything else has been retained.

Powertrain is still a four-stroke, two-valve, single overhead cam, liquid-cooled, 125 cubic centimeter engine with programmed fuel injection and enhanced smart power technologies mated to an automatic transmission.

This configuration lets the two-wheeler to do 50.3 kilometers per liter based on World Motorcycle Test Cycle standards.

On the other hand, stopping power comes from the combination of a hydraulic disk at the front and a mechanical leading-trail drum at the rear.
