The newly-opened 80-square meter City Store at SM City Cebu aims to transform the traditional customer journey through various digital attractions. As customers enter the City Store, they are presented with creative rendition of vehicle information and purchase benefits through the LED-powered Media Wall. They are then accommodated by competent Hyundai Sales Consultants at the Reception Zone, and brought to the dedicated Customer Lounge and Consulting Zones for inquiries and dealings. They can also personally check out the Car Display Zone, and at the same time, have easy access to swatches and features of other Hyundai vehicles at the Touchable Closet Zone. Hyundai merchandise may also be purchased at the Accessory Zone. At the core of these digital zones is the Car Configurator Zone. This easy-to-use dashboard allows customers to view 3D content and real-time information, such as features and functions, price comparison, stocks available, and specifications, of any Hyundai vehicle of their interest. It can also securely facilitate transactions, including checking of inventories, issuing quotations, and processing of payments.
