Jetour Auto PH, BPI forge alliance

Jetour Auto Philippines Incorporated (JAPI) and Bank of Philippines Islands (BPI) have formed a partnership to make the automotive marque’s models easy to acquire.

In a statement, the Chinese automotive manufacturer’s local arm shared that the collaboration — dubbed Jetour Auto Drive and Save Program — will offer customers all variants of the seven-seater Jetour X70, X70 Plus, and the Dashing easy-on-the-wallet financing options.

According to the vehicle distributor, clients can get any of the aforementioned models through BPI without the need for an upfront cash outlay.

In addition, the program is packaged with a comprehensive one-year insurance coverage, chattel mortgage, and three-years vehicle registration.

Further, the company noted that the Jetour Auto Drive and Save Program provides an industry-first benefit: buyers can keep a portion of their money aside (reserved fund) equal to 20 percent of the vehicle's suggested retail price (SRP).

To be shared by Jetour Auto, the amount will be directly deposited on the customer’s BPI escrow account.

Provided that specific conditions were met, the customer may fully withdraw the amount or use it as a reserved fund for personal or business investments.

JAPI Managing Director Miguelito Jose, expressed enthusiasm over the partnership with BPI, emphasizing the goal of making Jetour cars accessible to all Filipinos through a variety of financing options.

The event was graced by principals of 16 Jetour dealerships around the country to show their commitment on providing unparalleled automotive financing solutions to customers.
