Jetour G700

Upon entering the Jetour G700, you are greeted by a cabin that looks very premium and plush, thanks to a combination of high-tech features and soft-touch panels. Up front, the driver gets a 35.4-inch Skyline instrument screen, which is positioned atop the dashboard, a sport-contoured multi-function steering wheel wrapped in leather, and a modern-looking rotary dial. 

Meanwhile, all passengers can enjoy a 15.6-inch central touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, and voice assistance, while rear occupants also get a 17.3-inch ceiling-mounted screen for a more personalized entertainment experience. Its infotainment display is connected to an 18-speaker Lexicon Sound System by Harman Kardon, delivering high-quality bass and sound acoustics around the cabin.

In terms of practicality, the first and second rows provide passengers with generous amounts of headroom and legroom, while the third row is better suited for children or smaller passengers in general. On the bright side, this SUV offers a generous amount of cargo space with the rear seats folded down. Second-row occupants can enjoy a first-class riding experience, thanks to its captain seats with a massage function. Lastly, the G700 is also fitted with an ambient lighting system and a sunroof.

Appearance-wise, the Jetour G700 gives off a rugged yet modern aura, highlighted by its all-LED lighting and muscular proportions. Up front, its bold-looking fascia is flanked by rectangular LED matrix headlights with C-shaped LED daytime running lights, giving it a clean, powerful glare at night. It also gets LED fog lamps for increased illumination. Additionally, JETOUR is nicely spelled out on its prominent black grille. And, underneath, it features a rugged, two-tone bumper with a steel molding, enhancing its overall durability off-road.

Moreover, its large boxy side profile is accentuated by bulged wheel arches and side sills, as well as off-road-ready 20-inch wheels. Aside from that, its blacked-out pillars and door handles create a nice contrast of colours.

Meanwhile, at the back, this SUV features a neo-retro look, highlighted by a round full-size spare tyre cover and a functional, heavy-duty bumper with another pair of tow hooks on each side. In terms of suspension, the Jetour G700 is equipped with a Double Wishbone (independent-type) both at the front and rear. Powering the Jetour G700 is the brand’s plug-in hybrid technology that combines a 2L turbo engine with a pair of electric motors. Feeding its electric motors is a 34.13-kWh battery that offers a 100-km pure EV range. Together, the hybrid system produces a combined output of 904 hp and 1,135 Nm of torque while providing an impressive driving range of up to 1,200 kilometers. Additionally, the G700 runs on two-speed dedicated hybrid transmission and is fitted with Jetour’s electric all-wheel-drive technology.

The G700’s plug-in hybrid powertrain delivers strong performance that shines on the open road. Its braking setup is supported by an anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution, traction control, electronic stability control, roll over protection, and hill-start assist. This plug-in hybrid SUV is also equipped with a wide range of advanced driver assistance systems, such as 12 ultrasonic radars, an auto park assist technology, front and rear differential locks, lane change assist, rear traffic alert, and blind spot detection, among others.
