Kawasaki Ninja 300: A Good Beginner’s Bike

The Kawasaki Ninja 300 is quite a deceiving bike: it looks like a performance bike just by looking at it, but really, it's one of the best motorcycles to use if you're starting your journey as a bike rider. Here's why:

First, it's affordable for a sports bike.

The Ninja 300's official price is PHP272,956--not bad, considering a Kawasaki Ninja 1000 costs around PHP674,000, and a Kawasaki Motorcycle Ninja H2 carbon costs around PHP1.7 million.

Second, it's a great starter bike if you want to transition to the other more powerful Ninja series bikes.

The Ninja 300 has the same thrilling power that all Ninja super sports have, and it's designed with a stable race track level chassis, good power torque, and back torque limiter that gives it an edge in its class.

The difference, however, with the 300 is that it has a tamer engine that doesn't pull a wheelie if you become too impulsive with your throttle. It's more forgiving, so to speak, making it a great beginner's bike if you want to transition to more robust, powerful engines in the long run.

Third, it’s very reliable.

It's a Kawasaki. The name itself is legendary, especially in the heavy-duty tricycle niche in the Philipines. Many people swear by its reliability, so really, you won't be making a mistake with this brand.

Fourth, it has a good selling price.

You can sell this bike for pretty much the price you bought it if you've already mastered your skills and decide to sell it. Of course, you have to factor in time here: the earlier you sell it, the better.

Fifth, it's fuel-efficient and cheap to maintain.

This motorcycle’s 296cc, liquid-cooled DOHC, eight-valve parallel twin engine is remarkably fuel-efficient, so you get to venture out into farther distances without worrying too much about your expenses.

What's more, you won't be spending a lot on maintenance costs, not only because the parts are easily accessible everywhere and competitively-priced, but also because Kawasaki parts are very durable.

Here are some more information about the Kawasaki Ninja 300:
