Mini unveils Resolute, Untold, and Untamed editions

In a recent press release, Mini announced that it is launching three new trims across the brand’s entire lineup. Dubbed Resolute, Untold, and Untamed, the new trims will add expressive design, premium quality, and individual style to the automotive marque’s current offerings.

The Mini Resolute Edition, says Mini, reinforces the hallmark characteristics of the brand while combining them with modern, high-quality design accentuations.

Trim-specific exterior features include headlight surrounds, radiator grille and rear lights, side scuttles on the front side panels, handles of the doors and tailgate, and air intakes in the front apron and the fuel filler cap — all finished in Resolute Bronze. It also has stripes on the hood and door sill panels that feature a color gradient between a light and a dark shade of gold.

Inside, Resolute Edition Minis come with Black Pearl or Light Chequered seats in fabric or leatherette. These seats are complemented by black armrests and knee rolls. It also comes with a Nappa leather-finished steering wheel and an 8.8-inch touchscreen display.

The Resolute Edition trim is available on the Mini three-door and Mini five-door (with Pepper White roof and Pepper White exterior mirror caps), Mini Convertible (with black soft-top roof and exterior mirror caps), and Mini Cooper SE variants.

On the other hand, the Mini Untold Edition offers a refined sporty look. Exterior details include a Sage Green metallic finish, John Cooper Works aerodynamic kit-inspired front and rear aprons, as well as trim-specific side scuttles.

Interior features of the Untold Edition include matching Sage Green sports seats, which are also optionally available in black. The air vents are finished in Refined Brass while the steering wheel is wrapped in Nappa leather.

The Untold Edition is available for the Clubman range.

Meanwhile, the Mini Untamed Edition offers a more adventurous appeal. Available for the brand’s biggest and most versatile model range, the Mini Countryman, its exterior elements combine a robust look with exclusive details.

Trim-specific exterior features include a lower air intake surround, underride guard, air curtain inserts in the front apron as well as the side skirts, reflector inserts, and lower insert in the rear apron which are all finished in Momentum Grey metallic paint. It also comes with blacked-out brand logos on the hood and tailgate.

The cabin features nature-inspired shades of green and blue. The sports seats with “Untamed” lettering come in Highland Green and are combined blue and green contrast stitching. An illuminated decorative trim in Frozen Bluestone features a printed landscape pattern. Accent strips in the cockpit are finished in Frozen Blue metallic while the door trim strips come in Arctic Silver metallic. The air vents come in high-gloss black.

The abovementioned trims will be available in the UK starting next month.
