Zara’s disclosure was given weeks after the Land Transportation Officer issued Memorandum Circular MVL-2025-4841, which provided some bits about the vehicle, which raised speculations that the forthcoming model will just join the lineup of Green GSM — the brand’s ride-hailing arm.

Based on the documentation that the government agency released, the forthcoming VinFast Limo Green will have the following measurements:

Overall dimensions (length, width, height; in millimeters [mm>)

To recall, the Haiphong-headquartered marque previewed the VinFast Limo Green at the Gaikindo Jakarta AutoWeek 2025  — with its formal launch there expected to be around March this year. Following such a timeline, its official launch in the Philippines will likely have the vehicle at a later date.

    Other progresses

While the Limo Green is expected  to boost its sales, VinFast expressed confidence in the VF 6VF 7, and VF 9 as its core drivers, given the “increasing demand for spacious electric sport utility vehicles.”

Aside from that, the company’s arm in the country will also launch electric scooters.

Supporting VinFast’s thrust is the growing retail and service presence. At present, VinFast claims to have 30 dealerships and 34 service workshops around the country.

Relatedly, the Vietnamese automaker shall also put up numerous charging stations across key urban centers and major transport corridors that will support both electric cars and two-wheelers.

“We are entering 2026 with strong momentum, built on the trust and support we have earned in the Philippines over the past two years,” Zara said. “This year is about accelerating, expanding access, strengthening our ecosystem, and making electric mobility a source of confidence and pride for Filipino drivers.”
