Affordable subcompact SUV
The BYD S1 is an affordable subcompact SUV. I found the car to be a worthy competitor of the Nissan Juke and Ford EcoSport. The car sports a chrome wing-type grille which goes all the way up to the headlights. The fog lights get elaborate frames. These make the S1’s design far more intricate than oyhjer BYD cars. The interior is nice and comfortable but a little more rear-seat space would have been better. The 1.5-liter petrol engine gives 150PS and 240Nm which is perfect for a subcompact SUV. Driving the car is a relaxed experience with pretty good handling.
