Bajaj Pulsar N125 Overview
This year, Bajaj finally entered the Philippine market as its own brand with the introduction of five models, which include the Pulsar N125. This entry-level naked bike is designed to deliver a mix of exciting performance, confident handling, and aggressive styling while remaining accessible to many local consumers. Priced at ₱79,888, the Bajaj Pulsar N125 is available in three colour options: Cocktail Wine Red, Purple Furry, and Citrus Rush.
-
Bajaj Pulsar N125 Design
Appearance-wise, the Bajaj Pulsar N125 exudes a youthful and approachable character while retaining the same naked-bike appeal as its larger-displacement siblings. Its bold-looking fascia, which slightly resembles a hornet, is flanked by a triangular LED headlamp. It also comes with conventional-looking signal lights for enhanced visibility at all times.
Furthermore, its sporty side profile displays a stylish contrast of colours, highlighted by its “vibrant new-age colour schemes” and blacked-out naked elements. Similar to the Pulsar N160, this lower-displacement naked motorcycle also features an underbelly exhaust system, which improves its balance and overall handling on the road. The Pulsar N125 is fitted with 17-inch wheels wrapped in tubeless tyres designed for excellent grip and stability.
Meanwhile, at the back, its sharp tail end is illuminated with modern-looking LED tail lamps and another pair of signal lights. Underneath, a bulged rear fender adds more sportiness to its overall appearance on the road.
Aside from that, the Pulsar N125 features a digital console that offers Bluetooth connectivity, allowing the rider to accept and reject calls while on the go. Its digital console also displays message alerts, fuel economy indicators, speedometer, odometer, and tripmeter, among others. You also get a USB charging port for your mobile phone.
In terms of comfort, this naked streetfighter comes with a split-type seat that provides both the rider and the pillion with great cushioning and support, even on longer trips. Additionally, it is also equipped with a grab handle, pillion footrests, and rubber rider foot pegs for enhanced convenience and comfort during low-speed filters.
In terms of dimensions, the Bajaj Pulsar N125 measures 1,965 mm in length, 740 mm in width, 1,100 mm in overall height, and 795 mm in seat height. This naked streetfighter also comes with a 1,290-mm wheelbase and an impressive 198-mm ground clearance.

Bajaj Pulsar N125 Ride & Handling
The Bajaj Pulsar N125 comes with a Telescopic Fork suspension at the front and a Mono Shock Absorber at the rear. This setup contributes to this naked streetfighter’s confident handling through sharp turns and winding roads. It delivers great grip and composure at high speeds. Meanwhile, in the city, it is light and very agile to maneuver, even through tight traffic and narrow parking slots.
However, the trade-off for its stiff, sporty suspension is a bouncy ride quality on bumpy, uneven urban pavements. That said, it is best to avoid riding it on city roads that have large humps and deep potholes.
-
Bajaj Pulsar N125 Engine & Fuel Consumption
Powering the Bajaj Pulsar N125 is a 124.6cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 12 PS of maximum power and 11 Nm of maximum torque. This naked streetfighter comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
That said, this naked streetfighter is surprisingly quick for its class. Thanks to its excellent power-to-weight ratio, it can get up to speed effortlessly and, at the same time, confidently overtake slower vehicles on free-flowing roads. In addition, its manual transmission gearbox is also smooth and responsive, enhancing the rider’s overall experience on the road. You also won’t feel any harsh vibrations on this motorcycle. And, most importantly, the Pulsar N125 delivers outstanding efficiency in mixed riding conditions.
-
Bajaj Pulsar N125 Braking & Safety
In terms of braking, the Bajaj Pulsar N125 is equipped with a disc at the front and a drum at the rear. This naked streetfighter also features an anti-skid braking system, which delivers precise and responsive stopping performance.
-
Bajaj Pulsar N125 Verdict
The Bajaj Pulsar N125 presents an accessible way to own a naked bike. It provides many local consumers with the opportunity to enter the world of sporty riding. Ultimately, it offers great value for money, considering what it delivers on the road.
