New and Used Hyundai Maxcruz for Sale Philippines
Hyundai Philippines touts the Hyundai Maxcruz as the modern, hip cousin of the family wagon--and we heartily agree. This seven-seater crossover can almost pass as a family wagon due to its sheer size, but with such a sporty and dynamic appearance, there's no denying that this car is not just meant for a family’s afternoon drive down to the park. One look at the Hyundai Maxcruz and you'll know that it's meant to be enjoyed and shared by a lot of people. Large families and friends will enjoy this car's spacious occupant capacity, strong and dynamic design, and reliable performance altogether. What's more, its state-of-the-art features makes it a fun and entertaining car to drive around the Metro.
Known as the Hyundai Grand Santa Fe (2.2 6AT 4WD Premium) in the Philippines and Hyundai Maxcruz in South Korea, this model is actually a long wheelbase version of the Hyundai Santa Fe SUV. Obviously, the three-row, seven seater Maxcruz shares the same architecture with the Santa Fe. The difference, however, is that it measures 4,915 mm compared to the Santa Fe's 4,690. What's more, the Maxcruz looks more luxurious and sophisticated than its older sibling.
Hyundai redesigned the Santa Fe in 2012 and included the Hyundai Maxcruz (Hyundai Grand Santa Fe) and Santa Fe Sport as its two variants. The Hyundai Maxcruz was officially unveiled in South Korea in 2013. There is some news that Hyundai is giving the Maxcruz another exterior update in 2016, but Hyundai has yet to announce it to the public. Today, the Hyundai Maxcruz Philippines is rivalled by Toyota Highlander and Chevrolet Traverse. Whether you decide to buy a new or 2nd hand Hyundai Maxcrux in the Philippines, you will not regret your choice.

Hyundai Maxcruz Review in the Philippines
Hyundai Maxcruz Specs and Performance
At the heart of the Maxcruz is the same excellent 2.2 liter R-eVGT diesel engine that Hyundai is known for. Its CRDI system and VGT can crank out a dynamic 197 PS of horsepower and 437 Nm of torque, which is really exceptional for a relatively small-sized liter engine capacity. Still not convinced? We'll give you an idea of how it works: a 2014 Toyota Fortuner with the same 2.2 liter engine makes for about 144 PS and 343 Nm, while a Ford Ranger of the same year makes around 150 PS and a torque of 375 Nm. Obviously, the Maxcruz simply crushes both of these leading car models effortlessly.

Hyundai Maxcruz Features
Hyundai Maxcruz Convenience and Entertainment Features
The Maxcruz is more like a minivan that's performs and looks like a crossover and even a bit of an SUV. So really—you get the best of everything with this vehicle. It’s very comfortable to use even during long hours of driving, but we think that it truly shines when driven on highways. You’ll be impressed by how silent the engine is even when you're cruising down the busy street. It can also perform on rougher terrains via its 4WD system and other electronic driver gadgets, although the more challenging trails should be left to the hardcore SUVs and pickups on the market today.
