Fasteasy boosts truck fleet through expanded partnership with Foton Motor PH

Fasteasy is set to receive a fleet of brand-new trucks from Foton Motor Philippines Incorporated (FMPI) as part of the expanded partnership that the two companies have recently forged.

    The start-up firm made the announcement during the ceremonial turnover of trucks held at the Foton assembly plant in Pampanga.

We have been working side by side on a couple of projects— united by trust, understanding, and a shared vision. Over time, through this strengthened alliance; we have overcome challenges, celebrated victories, and grown together as companies,” Fasteasy Chief Executive Officer Du Bin was quoted as saying.

    According to Fasteasy, its partnership with FMPI began in 2022 over a project that laid the foundation for the Foton Davao Parts Warehouse Hub.

    Fasteady also expressed confidence in the newly-procured 32-feet, 10-wheeler Foton EST M 6x2 F-Van units, saying that the aforementioned workhorses are reliable partners on the road to bolster the former’s cargo business.

    To note, each of the newly-acquired trucks has a total payload capacity of 25,000 kilograms and are equipped with an advanced tracking system that guarantees secured and efficient service delivery.

    “The turnover of these remarkable vehicles is a testament of our commitment in Fasteasy to bring in new, affordable and innovative solutions to meet the growing demand for better services by business owners in the logistics and e-commerce field,” the company executive noted.  

    Further, the company added that its Fasteasy Cargo is soon to be available nationwide for on-demand, inter-land delivery within the third quarter of the year.
