Ford extends hands to Typhoon Carina-hit clients

Ford Philippines is offering discounts to their clients who experienced the onslaught of Typhoon Carina (international name Gaemi).

The Michigan-headquartered marque’s local distributor said that its dealerships in Luzon are ready to offer price cuts (20-percent on parts and 10-percent on labor costs for repairs) until August 31, 2024.

“We recognize that Typhoon Carina has caused damage to vehicles especially in areas affected by heavy rains and flooding. In light of this, we are extending special discounts on parts and labor to assist our customers, allowing them to get back on the road with confidence and peace of mind,” Ford Philippines Customer Service Division Director Joyce Laxamana said.

Per Ford Philippines, clients may book an assessment via the Online Service Booking at www.ford.com.ph/service-booking/.

Through the aforementioned route option, customers may schedule an appointment at their preferred Ford dealership. They can also get instant confirmation of their booking, as well as modify their booking on the system.

Ford Philippines also has the Service Price Calculator, a tool that lets patrons know in advance the estimated periodic maintenance service (PMS) pricing based on the vehicle model and selected Ford dealer prior to the actual service appointment.
