GAC consolidates sub-brands in PH now in under sole firm

Such a strategy is also eyed to ensure greater alignment between brand strategy, market execution, and customer experience to support long-term and sustainable growth by working closely with clients and partners.

Additionally, GAC International Philippines noted that the merging will concentrate on the following areas:
- Clearer and more consistent communication on brand identity
- Sales and service networks optimization
- Reliable, consistent, and customer-centric ownership as well as aftersales experience
The newly-created enterprise also vowed to provide Filipino customers a “broader and more diverse product portfolio and advanced technology experience, while empowering local dealers and partners with stronger momentum, clearer direction, and enhanced growth opportunities. With that, GAC International Philippines plans to introduce around six to eight new models in the country.

- Operational and process optimization
- Dealer network support
- Parts supply capability enhancement through localized warehousing and logistics improvements
Lastly GAC International Philippines mentioned that all authorized dealerships under its sub-brands will remain business as usual"— with all warranty coverages, aftersales services, and parts availability to continue to be offered.
To note, assumptions about the consolidation rose as early as 2024 when GAC Aion took part in Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS) that year. Some key personalities from GAC Motor Philippines were also seen in the vicinity.
