The Hyundai Reina is a car well-suited for first-time car owners

The new normal makes the daily commute (not to mention life in general) more challenging than ever. You have to plan every trip, every peso you shell out, to make sure you are getting the most out of your time and money.

Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), the local distributor of Hyundai passenger cars and commercial vehicles, wants to help make your day-to-day and long-term transport and lifestyle decisions more manageable with the Hyundai Reina.

While the queens we know sit on the high throne and overlook the land, the Hyundai Reina is more down-to-earth and is meant to be driven in the urban jungle.

Speaking of down-to-earth, this vehicle provides what first-time car owners need: a daily driver that does not hurt the pocket.

This subcompact car embodies Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design, which shows the brand’s elegance and Modern Premium pedigree. The interior space comfortably seats four to five occupants before, but now—with the limited number of occupants as provided by recent rules—three.

Also, the Reina can be used to haul many grocery items with its 475 liters of cargo trunk space.

Powering the Hyundai Reina is a 1.4-liter gasoline engine mated to either a 5-speed manual transmission or 4-speed automatic transmission that is able to provide around 94 horsepower, which is all you really need around the city.

While minute in size, it is not short on safety. Aside from dual airbags, the Hyundai Reina also has an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) that gives you better control on slippery roads, especially during these rainy season.

To make it easier to acquire, the Hyundai Reina is also being offered on LazMall and on HARI’s very own Hyundai Online Market Experience (HOME). Both purchase options have received positive reviews for the promise of a safe, convenient, and secure shopping experience from the comfort of home.
