MANILA: Kia Philippines introduced a limited-edition version of the Sonet.
Called the Kia Sonet K-Style, ACMobility’s latest offering under the Korean automaker — which only has 150 examples — is created with bits inspired by modern aesthetics built on the already-youthful-looking crossover.
Photo from Kia PhilippinesPer the ACMobility-led firm, the model highlights the Korean automaker’s heritage and design philosophy: “K” for its Korean roots, and “Style” for its expressive design.
Created for style-conscious drivers, the vehicle carries a P1.158-million sticker price.
“The Kia Sonet K-Style celebrates the vibrant energy of today’s new generation of drivers,” Kia Philippines Managing Director Jose Marie Lopez said.

The Kia Sonet K-Style Edition is available in two palettes namely Sparkling Silver and Aurora Black. Each color is paired with contrasting 16-inch alloy wheels, (black wheels for silver units and silver wheels for black models).

Powering the Kia Sonet K-Style Edition’s hood is the same 1.5-liter gasoline engine found in the other variations. This is matched to an Intelligent Variable Transmission.
For its cabin, the vehicle has a 10.25-inch touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster, and an electric sunroof.

The crossover also boasts its myriad of driver-assistive technologies under Kia DriveWise suite such as cruise control, lane keep assist, lane following assist, and forward collision-avoidance assist.

Kia Philippines is encouraging buyers to visit the nearest showroom at the earliest opportunity to secure their unit and confirm availability while supplies last.
