Lamborghini renews partnership with Bologna’s Marconi Airport

Lamborghini announced that it has renewed its partnership with the Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bologna. The relationship between Lamborghini and Marconi Airport, which started in 2013, has been extended until 2025.

As a result, Lamborghini’s exhibition space inside the passenger terminal now becomes a full-scale boutique, with merchandise sales accompanying the vehicles on display. Located in the main entrance of the terminal’s ground floor, passengers will now also have the option to book factory and museum tours in the Lamborghini boutique on top of purchasing licensed merchandise.

“This special collaboration continues between our company and Bologna Airport. The presence of Lamborghini in this hub has a two-fold value: it endorses our relationship with the region that is home to us and with which we have strong bonds, but it is also an important ‘business card’ for both Bolognese and international passengers who have the chance to appreciate our brand up close. This is a local link but with a global vision, therefore right in step with Lamborghini philosophy,” said Automobili Lamborghini Chairman and Chief Executive (CEO) Stephan Winkelmann.

In addition, the Lamborghini follow-me car now wears a new livery. Dressed in yellow and black, the Huracán EVO-based car is not only highly visible in all weather conditions but also reflects the car’s dynamism.

Furthermore, Lamborghini issued the airport an Urus VIP Shuttle. The one-of-a-kind personalized service is available by pre-booking the airport’s VIP program, YouFirst. Passengers are met by a Lamborghini Urus and dedicated airport VIP staff, both on arrival right as they step off the ‘plane and vice versa on departure, with the Urus transporting them to and from the terminal in utmost luxury.

This renewal has also led to the implementation of a new personalized service for our most demanding customers, which will allow them to enjoy the Lamborghini experience as soon as they step off the ‘plane: something unique that can only be found at Marconi,” said Bologna Airport General Manager and Chief Executive (CEO) Nazareno Ventola.
