Mitsubishi opens Negros Occidental dealership

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) announced that its dealership in Negros Occidental is now open.

Under the MG Gateway South Corporation led by Gateway Group Chairman Markane Goho, the newly inaugurated sales facility is located along Lacson Street in Zone 15 Poblacion in Talisay, Negros Occidental.

The latest dealership has a land area of 4,200 square meters with a showroom that can display seven vehicles and a service area with 18 car bays.

“We are extremely thankful and very humbled to be given this opportunity to open another Mitsubishi dealership. This is also very special to us because this is our first dealership in the province of Negros Occidental,” Goho was quoted as saying.

He also said that the company is fully committed to boosting its sales and market share, as well as uplifting the Mitsubishi brand image. "We look forward to more new and happy Mitsubishi customers in this beautiful island of Negros,” he added.

The virtual inauguration (held last February 18) also served as the re-launch of Mitsubishi Quezon Avenue dealership, which is also managed by the same group. Gracing the ceremonies were Goho, Gateway Group President Raymund Basubas, and MMPC President and Chief Executive Officer Takeshi Hara.

“It is no secret that the Gateway Group has a history of success and expertise. This is proven not just by their longevity in the business but also in the way they embrace challenge. Re-launching an already existing dealership with Quezon Avenue and opening in a new region with Negros, simultaneously, is no easy feat,” Hara said.

It is such a delight that they recognize our commitment to provide customers with quality products and give them the care that they, and their Mitsubishi cars deserve.”
