Isuzu PH upgrades Santa Rosa dealership to meet global outlet standards

MANILA: The Gencars Incorporated-owned Isuzu dealership in Santa Rosa, Laguna has been upgraded to meet the brand’s outlet standards worldwide.

In a statement, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) shared that the establishment has been updated to bolster the brand’s presence in the area and “elevate the overall customer experience—from vehicle purchase to after sales service.”

Spanning 6,798 square meters of total floor area, the newly-renovated Isuzu Santa Rosa has the following amenities:

• 539-square-meter showroom that can display three light commercial vehicles (LCV) and two trucks
• Dedicated customer sales lounge
• New releasing area for vehicle handovers
• Improved body repair and paint area

It also features a 2,198-square-meter service area with seven bays (five for LCV units and two for trucks) that are ready to attend to private and commercial vehicle requirements.

IPC President Mikio Tsukui, who led the inauguration ceremonies, noted the company’s push towards elevating customer care across its dealer network.

“At Isuzu, our commitment goes beyond expanding our reach. We are equally focused on continuously improving our dealership facilities to ensure that every customer receives the same high level of service and care, wherever they may be in the country. With the opening of Isuzu Santa Rosa, we move closer to delivering a consistent and enhanced ownership experience across all our 50 dealerships nationwide,” he said.

Meanwhile, Gencars Incorporated President Lerma Nacnac expressed firm belief that the facility updates will positively impact customers in the region.

Just like the other Isuzu dealerships nationwide, the Santa Rosa facility ensures convenient access to service, genuine parts, and expert care to its customers in the city as well as nearby areas.
