MANILA: The Gencars Incorporated-owned Isuzu dealership in Santa Rosa, Laguna has been upgraded to meet the brand’s outlet standards worldwide.

According to IPC, the renovation aims to strengthen the brand’s presence in Laguna while improving the overall customer experience, from vehicle sales to after sales service.In a statement, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) shared that the establishment has been updated to bolster the brand’s presence in the area and “elevate the overall customer experience—from vehicle purchase to after sales service.”
Spanning 6,798 square meters of total floor area, the newly-renovated Isuzu Santa Rosa has the following amenities:
- 539-square-meter showroom that can display three light commercial vehicles (LCV) and two trucks
- Dedicated customer sales lounge
- New releasing area for vehicle handovers
- Improved body repair and paint area
It also features a 2,198-square-meter service area with seven bays (five for LCV units and two for trucks) that are ready to attend to private and commercial vehicle requirements.

IPC President Mikio Tsukui, who led the inauguration ceremonies, noted the company’s push towards elevating customer care across its dealer network.
