Omoda breaches 130k-unit sales milestone

Omoda announced that it has sold more than 130,000 vehicles, cumulatively.

Last month, the Chinese automotive brand exported 12,842 units.

Key to the Chery-owned marque’s sustained momentum are products that boast performance and visual appeal thanks to fashionable design aesthetics, future-reaching intelligent technology, and numerous international authoritative certifications.

In fact, Omoda is targeting the younger market segment. To that end, the Wuhu-based carmaker has put up a sci-fi-inspired booth at the recently concluded Geneva International Motor Show in Doha, Qatar.

Likewise, Omoda also staged a grand Eco Ride at its headquarters where it co-created a “low-carbon fashion flash mob” to reflect its steadfast pursuit of green development.

Soon, Filipino motorists will experience the Chery-owned brand’s lineup as Omoda is set to launch in the country before the year ends.

In fact, the first batch of Omoda 5 cars has landed in the Philippines not too long ago. These vehicles — said the brand’s local wing — will be used for pre-launch activities and preview purposes.
