Porsche expands eBike lineup with 2 new models

Porsche has announced two new models that would expand its eBike range — the eBike Cross Performance and eBike Cross Performance EXC.

According to the German automotive brand, the two new eBike models have been created in collaboration with electric bike specialist Rotwild.

Notable features of the Porsche eBike Cross Performance include a powerful Shimano EP-801 motor and 630-watt-hour battery, its Fox Factory suspension, and its electric 12-speed Shimano rear derailleur.

The Porsche eBike Cross Performance offers two riding profiles allowing riders to personalize their experience.

On the other hand, the eBike Cross Performance EXC boasts features such as its Rotwild B220 Flatriser 35 handlebar made from carbon material and the carbon frame inspired by the sporty sloping roofline of the 911 and the Taycan. 

Additionally, it gets a Fox 34 Float Factory suspension fork with 120 millimeters (mm) of travel, a rear Fox Float DPS Factory air shock with 100mm travel, and a Magura MT7 brake system with a powerful four-piston caliper made of forged aluminum.

Per the Stuttgart-headquartered brand, the Porsche eBike Cross Performance EXC is available in Star Ruby Neo, Ice Gray Metallic, Mamba Green Metallic, Carmine Red, Shade Green Metallic, and Shark Blue.

The Porsche eBike Cross Performance retails for €12,900 (P779,779) while the eBike Cross Performance EXC is priced at €13,900 (P840,227).
