Suzuki adds GN160 to PH moto lineup; retails for P125K

MANILA: Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) has introduced to the local market the GN160.

Sibling of the Burgman 15 (because it is also a product of the collaboration between the Japanese marque and Chinese brand Haojue), the neo-retro backbone model is considered a follow-up to the GN125, which was sold in other parts of the globe back in 1985-2001.

Motorcycle specifications

The all-new Suzuki GN160 powered by a four-stroke, two-valve, single overhead cam (SOHC), 162-cubic-centimeter engine with an air-cooled unit and fuel injection system. Paired to a five-speed manual transmission, the two-wheeler can deliver:

Maximum output (in horsepower)	14
Peak torque (in Newton-meters)	14.5

It also comes with a telescopic oil-damped front fork and an oil-damped swingarm with dual adjustable shocks for the rear as well as 18-inch tires on both ends.

Further, the motorcycle is fitted with a braking system with an anti-lock mechanism made up of a single disc at the front and drum-type for the rear.

In terms of size, the all-new Suzuki GN160 measures:

Available in Pearlescent Black and Metallic Matte Concrete Gray, the all-new Suzuki GN160 is priced at P125,000.

Moreover, the motorcycle is packaged with a 30,000-kilometer or three-year warranty, whichever comes first.
