Suzuki PH to launch new V-Strom model tomorrow

Suzuki Philippines Inc. (SPH) is set to release a new model this week and we have a firm belief that it would be V-Strom 250.

The hunch came following the two teaser photos that the Japanese motorcycle brand’s local distributor posted over its social media page. 

SPH posted two photos over its official Facebook page that stated, “The Master of Adventure is coming”— the moniker for V-Strom nameplate. The said model will be revealed at the IR Lifestyle Expo that will be held tomorrow (October 28) at the World Trade Center.

The firm said the forthcoming model in the first teaser photo (with the caption, “You’ve all been waiting for this”) is a “lightweight versatile crossover.” Meanwhile, the second teaser described the motorcycle as “toughness in a slender shell.”

Further, numerous commenters on the photos are also assuming that it would be the adventure motorcycle’s 250cc kind.

As seen in the photos, the teased Suzuki model has a high stance, duck beak-like front fascia and 10-spoke wheel.

Based on the global brand’s website, the Suzuki V-Strom 250 is equipped with a 248cc parallel twin engine, a full LCD display and DC outlet. However, SPH is still mum on the vehicle’s details, saying that the motorcycle's features and pricing will be revealed during the official launch.
