Volkswagen Philippines Makes it Easier to Own a Volkswagen Polo

Volkswagen Philippines, the exclusive importer and distributor of the country’s number one European car brand, has made owning what may be your first German car in the Volkswagen Polo much easier. That's because Volkswagen Philippines has made the Volkswagen Polo Sedan available at just P800,000 while the more sporting Volkswagen Polo Hatchback can be had for only P858,000. Launched in 1975 and now on its fifth generation, the current Volkswagen Polo was launched locally in 2013 and has supposedly become one of the German carmaker's most successful cars commercially. It's also one of Volkswagen's most successful motorsport vehicle by being a four-time World Rally Champion (WRC). Both the Volkswagen Polo Hatchback and Sedan come with a 1.6-liter, Euro 4-emission standard compliant gasoline engine with Multi Point Injection (MPI) that's mated to a six-speed automatic transmission to put out 104 hp and 153 Nm of torque.
