WATCH: Twenty-One Minutes of Supercars in the Goodwood Festival of Speed

The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an annual celebration of motorsports held on the grounds of the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex, England. Founded by Charles Gordon-Lennox, the 11th Duke of Richmond, the Goodwood Festival of Speed brought motorsport back to Goodwood, the home of the Goodwood Racing Circuit, which last hosted a race in 1966, but thanks to the success of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, is once again in use for track days and classic car races led by the Goodwood Revival.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed is held over a four-day weekend that's scheduled not to clash with either a 24 Hours of Le Mans or Formula 1 race to ensure that the race cars from both series can take part in the festivities.

Of course, a big part of the event are the regular, "run-of-the-mill" supercars taking part in the hillclimb race and, through the video below, you'll see a gamut of vehicles tackling the 1.86-kilometer course, from the Rolls-Royce Dawn Black Badge to the special-edition Land Rover V8 Works Defender to the upcoming Toyota Supra.
