Futuristic car for small families
All-electric cars are the future and the BYD e6 lives up to that. It’s an electric car for a small-sized family. The fascia of the e6 is well-established. The circuit board-inspired grille, hatched body outline, and trapezoidal headlamps lend a unique visual appeal. The e6 produces12bhp and 450Nm torque which is quite surprising for an electric car. But the battery is iron phosphate. A lithium-ion battery would have been more long lasting. The claimed mileage is 300km on a single full recharge. I haven’t tested the mileage for that long but the car has certainly brought down my running cost.
