Confident performance on varied terrains
I have just started off-roading and enjoy exploring village tracks and forests. Most big motorcycles feel too aggressive or heavy, but this one felt natural instantly. Once in soft sand, I dropped it, and lifting it was so easy. On the other side, through the handlebars, the vibration at certain rpm gets irritating on long highway rides. The headlight is not perfectly focused, which makes night rides tricky at times. However, the chassis balance is quite good. On gravel, you can brake mid-corner, and the motorcycle still behaves. I have owned more than 6 bikes, but the Kawasaki KX250X still feels the most versatile.
