The SsangYong Tivoli in the Philippines is available with the SX, EXG, Sport, Sport R variants, and the extended variant called the XLV. The SX, EXG, Sport, and Sport R variants all have the same 1.6-liter DOHC, 16V, I4 gasoline engine which can deliver a maximum output of 126 hp and a maximum torque of 160 Nm. On the other hand, the XLV variant has a 1.6-liter diesel engine producing a maximum power of 115 hp and a maximum torque of 300 Nm.
However, the transmissions depend on the variant. The EXG, Sport, and Sport R variants all have a 6-speed automatic transmission, while the SX variant has both a 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions. Meanwhile, the XLV variant has a 6-speed automatic transmission with manual mode.
For its suspension system, the Tivoli is equipped with a McPherson strut for the front and a torsion beam for the rear. On the other hand, its brake system consists of a ventilated disc for the front and a solid disc for the rear.
