2018 Auto Focus People's Choice Awards Kicks Off

The online voting of the 2018 Auto Focus People's Choice Awards (AFPCA) is now open. The AFPCA is an annual voting event where it intends to recognize the most popular vehicles in the Philippines.

For this year, organizers said that the equation of combining actual votes (80%) and units sales (20%) will be implemented in order to determine individual scores. The actual nationwide registration figures of the Land Transportation Office will be the basis to determine the vehicle's actual sales.

Online voting is now simplified wherein voters have to enter just one to a maximum of five picks for the Automobile of the Year in Standard and Premium/Luxury category. Voting details can be found on Auto Focus' website. Other than the AFPCA, Auto Focus will also hold the Media's Choice Awards. The local motoring media will be rating each vehicles in Standard and Premium/Luxury category. Awards that are up for grabs are the following: best in Design, Engine Performance, Safety Features, and Value-for-Money.
