After announcing its arrival last August, Ford Philippines has finally set the date for the launching of the diesel-powered version of the F-150.
Based on the media launch invite for the abovementioned model, the local arm for the Blue Oval marque is set to drop the drapes for the upcoming Ford F-150 Lariat Diesel 4x4 this coming November 26.
Based on the teaser seen on the website, the all-new Ford F-150 Lariat Diesel 4x4 is set to be powered by 3.0-liter Power Stroke Turbo Diesel. The powertrain, Ford Philippines said, is set to deliver “the performance you need for the work you want to do and the way you want to roll.”
“Purpose-built from the ground up – redesigned to be the toughest, most productive F-150 ever,” the local Ford distributor said in its website.
Carmudi Philippines has yet to receive any information with regards to the specifications and the pricing for the forthcoming pick-up truck.
It was only June of last year when Ford Philippines decided to revive the F-150 nameplate in the country F-150, with the F-150 4x4 Platinum SuperCrew AT and F-150 4x2 Lariat SuperCrew AT which was priced P2.998 million and P2.698 million respectively.
These two are equipped with a 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology that can generate 375hp and 637Nm torque.
