Fuel companies to initiate 1st rollback for May
MANILA: Local oil players are poised to initiate a price rollback, which will be the first for the month of May.

The movements in pricing will take effect starting April 6, 2025Caltex, Cleanfuel, Jetti Petroleum, Unioil, Petron, Phoenix Petroleum, and Seaoil, announced in their respective advisories that the cost of gasoline will drop by P0.55 per liter and the price of diesel, by P0.65 per liter.
Meanwhile, brands who sell kerosene noted that the price of the aforementioned product will be reduced by P0.90 per liter.
The aforementioned price changes are expected to take effect tomorrow, April 6.
Last week’s movement
Last week, prices at the pump increased altogether. Below are the said changes:
- Gasoline: +P1.35 per liter
- Diesel: +P0.80 per liter
- Kerosene: +P0.70 per liter
