Fuel prices continue to rise this week

MANILA: The price of products at the pump continue to rise in the third week of September. 

According to the respective updates from local oil players such as Unioil, Cleanfuel, Petron, and Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Incorporated, gasoline prices will jump by P0.10 per liter and diesel by P0.50 per liter. Similarly, the cost of kerosene will slightly increase by P0.10 per liter. 

Other fuel companies are expected to implement the said price changes by tomorrow, September 16.

Last week’s movement

Last week, the price of fuel saw mixed movement. The price of gasoline dropped while the cost of diesel and kerosene jumped. 

Here is how it looked: 

Product	Price adjustment (in Peso per liter)
Gasoline	P1.00 per liter (increase)
Diesel	P1.40 per liter (increase)
Kerosene	P0.70 per liter (increase)
