Grab PH Adds New Services for Its Customers
Grab Philippines is coming up with new features that allow users to buy tickets for point-to-point provincial buses, send packages across the country, book hotel rooms and salon services, watch videos, and pay online via their mobile phones.
According to Grab Philippines Country Head Brian Cu:
"Grab has introduced a bunch of new services, and existing services have in fact grown multiple folds since we did this earlier this year. So, we'd like to share those updates with you and really tell you the story of how Grab has grown into your everyday 'Super App' here in Southeast Asia," he said during a media townhall in Makati City.

Grab's Bus Marketplace in-app service now allows customers to buy point-to-point bus tickets of Tas Trans and San Agustin at Glorietta 2 to Nuvali and Glorietta 2 to Southmall routes. It also expands its bus routes to include Olongapo to Clark, Clark to Dagupan, and Makati to Noveleta, Cavite (and vice versa) routes.
Grab's delivery service provider GrabExpress has been enhanced by partnering up with Ninja Van to extend their Metro Manila delivery service to the entire country.
Customers can also book hotel rooms with Booking Holdings, Inc., which connects them to booking websites like Agoda and Booking.com.
Grab has partnered with L'Oreal and hairdressing salon Toni & Guy to offer at-home hair salon services. Customers only need to book at least two hours in advance for a haircut or color service.
Grab's mobile app offers customers a 'Videos' tile in the app, so they can choose from among 8,000 Hollywood films and Filipino movies.
Grab is also strengthening its GrabPay online and mobile payment services by teaming up with PLDT Group and SM Investments Corp.
