For those who do not know, Brand Keys is a brand research consultancy that specializes in predictive brand equity, consumer loyalty, and engagement metrics. According to Brand Keys, its measurement methodology correlates very highly with sales and profitability, making it an accurate means of predicting sales and future in-market behavior.

“Because expectations are more emotionally-based today, brands have a difficult time identifying and tracking them. But there are ‘hero’ brands that pretty much ‘own’ the number one spot in their categories long enough to earn a ‘perennial loyalty’ designation. Hyundai is one of those brands,” said Brand Keys Founder and President Robert Passikoff.

In 2023, Hyundai is the only automotive company awarded a spot in the Top 20. It sits alongside brands such as Corona Extra, Disney+, Aquafina, Levi Strauss, and Lego.

“We try to ensure that our customers have the best experiences possible, from shopping to repurchase, by leveraging our excellent technologies and class-leading service programs at every step of the journey,” commented Hyundai Motor America Chief Marketing Officer Angela Zepeda.
