Kia Motors, which is roughly translated as "to come out of the east," started as a manufacturer of steel tubing and bicycle parts when it was first established more than 70 years ago in South Korea.  

Known for its affordable vehicles, Kia has evolved over the years, streamlining its products for better quality and performance. Today, it has expanded its lineup to a broader base, combining value and better reliability for its next generation of vehicles. Currently, Kia Motors Philippines is at a "comprehensive transition" period, with Ayala Corporation now its major distributor in the country.
