IDI Chief Operating Officer Bob Palanca expressed firm belief that choosing Kia Alabang as the first dealership to carry the brand’s new identity is the right move.

“Kia Alabang is strategically located in one of the most vibrant convergences of the urban and suburban markets in the Calabarzon socioeconomic region where the rapid pace of progress is tempered with slow, deliberate countryside lifestyle. This is the perfect market landscape to highlight Kia’s focus on customer experience that complements its quality and stylish products,” he was quoted as saying.

“The dedicated customer area emanates warmth and puts customers at ease with its minimalist, wooden interior. Step into the showroom and it’s an entirely different experience. Achromatic colors and metallic surfaces exude a modern and futuristic vibe that shines the spotlight on the Kia models on display,” the Ayala-backed distributor shared.

Kia Philippines explained that the new store identity and customer experience expresses “the brand’s desire to inspire and transform the lives of Filipinos everywhere, which are greatly in line with the new Kia global movement—Movement That Inspires.”

Further, Kia Philippines President Manny Aligada said that they are keen on becoming a strong part of the latest movement, noting that while the new brand identity’s journey begins with Kia Alabang, Kia’s reputation as a provider of quality customer and aftersales services remains consistent in all of its dealerships nationwide.

“Kia Alabang is only the beginning of the brand’s reinvention following the launch of Kia’s new brand purpose. Filipinos can expect more dealerships to adapt to the new store identity in the coming years. In addition, our goal is to constantly provide memorable customer experiences as we create various programs that aim to continuously strengthen the knowledge and skills of all our teams to better serve our valued customers,” Aligada said.
