Lalamove's latest campaign urges delivery partners to get vaccinated

Courier service Lalamove has launched its latest campaign to further ensure the safety of its delivery partners by promoting inoculation against COVID-19.

Urging its whole driver-partner network to get vaccinated, the latest program — dubbed as LalaLigtas — will also provide incentives to those who are vaccinated by way of e-vouchers and raffle draws.

Until October 21, Lalamove will be giving out weekly raffle prizes with 20 participants winning P100 worth of Medpadala vouchers and 40 participants winning P200 worth of Medpadala vouchers.

Further, Lalamove will be awarding the following grand raffle prizes (wherein those fully-vaccinated are qualified to join):

• Kawasaki motorcycle CT150 (one winner),
• 50" Samsung TV (one winner),
• Samsung A12 (two winners),
• P10,000 Puregold gift certificate (three winners), and
• SM gift certificates (10 winners)

Vance Lopinac, a Lalamove partner driver who got fully-vaccinated last May, said, "Nagpabakuna ako kasi kailangan kong maproteksyunan ang sarili ko dahil marami akong nakakaharap na tao araw-araw (I took the vaccine because I need to protect myself from all the people I interact every day).”

Further, he also encouraged fellow riders to get vaccinated for peace of mind while attending to their respective tasks.

"Kahit nabakunahan na ako, lagi pa rin akong naka-face mask at gumagamit ng disinfectant sa bawat transaksyon. Hindi lang ito safe para sa akin at sa pamilya ko, pati na rin sa mga kliyente at pamilya nila (Even though I got vaccinated, I still wear face mask and use disinfectant after every transaction. This is not only for me and my family's safety, but also for our clients and their families),” he added.
